Are you tired of being tired?
Have you seen the 5-hour Energy drink that's for sale for about $3 bucks at most gas stations and convenience stores? About a month ago I was feeling sluggish before Trivia Night and thought, oh what the yeck I'll give it a try. I'm hear to tell ya, the product works great, but when is the last time you needed 5 hours of energy? Five hours of vim n' vigor is a long time, almost too much. Also, don't even think of taking it after 7pm if you want to get to bed before the birds start chirping.
I don't know about you, but I think 2-hour Energy is a better idea. Case in point. A movie. Two hours. Duluth to Grand Marais. Two hours. Trivia Night @ Sven's. Two hours. The groggy time between lunch and quit'n time. Two hours. The list goes on and on.
I'd gladly pay $1.99 for 2 hours of energy. Yes, sometimes I think too much.
All plugged up
The next time you think man is at the top of the food chain when it comes to ingenuity and craftsmanship, go take a tour of a beaver dam. In a word, humbling.
Get'n personal
The vision below is at the epicenter of all my worst fears.
