Trivia Results
Last nights Sven and Ole's Trivia Night was a fairly raucous affair with many C.C.H.S. students taking a crack at prizes and bragging rights.
Taking 1st place (for the very first time I might add) was the Sick Chicks who pretty much dominated from beginning to end. Not sure how they did it. Maybe a ringer or three? :) Anyway, they tallied a fist pumping 79 pts. for the $75 bills. Coming in the money as well this week was team It's the Path, Not the Pizza with 77 pts.
Bringing up the 3 spot was (the too hot to handle lately) Team Bri with 75 pts. If only they could've got'n the honey question they'd be $50 bucks richer. Oh well. And, taking the last slot for Cup Points was the always dangerous The Fuzzy Kumquats aka Thespian Wannabees with 70 pts.
Stats: 14 teams played, but judging by the volume it felt (sounded) more like 24.
Stumper question of the night: What was America's first organized sport? Hint: It was organized in 1664. Good luck finding it.
Most interesting fact of the night: A medium soft drink at McDonalds is 21 oz. How many oz. was a medium soft drink at McDonalds in 1955? Happy search'n.
Worst collapse in recorded trivia history: Team Thuggz n' Uggz were in 1st place with 50 pts. at question #10 and went on to whiff on the remaining ten questions to finish in 8th place with 50 pts. Can you say ouch?
