Thursday February 11th, 2010 Sven and Ole's Trivia Night results are as follows:

Completing another wire to wire victory were the Bad Nuts, coming across the finish line with 71 pts. to take the $75 smackers. Nipping at their heels from beginning to end were the Dawgs, who faltered on the last three questions to come up one question short with 64 pts. Oh so painfully close.

Rounding out the last two spots were Belly Hanging Out (not sure where that came from) with 55 pts. for the 3rd spot and team Cosmos with 50 pts. for 4th place.

The worst performance fade in recorded history goes to: (insert drum roll here) Humuhumunukunukuapaaa who were in 1st place at question No#10 and failed to come up with another correct answer the rest of the night to settle for 7th place. Ouch. Can you say double ouch?

Stumper question of the night: According to the bible what animal is better than a dead lion?

The TMI question of the night: How many days does a bar of Dial soap last in my shower? (two people, one shower each per day)

I was talking on the phone to my son Ty the other day and he made the following comments that struck me funny. (Side note: Ty was raised from the ground up on sci-fi.)

"Dad, I'm telling you straight up, when the machines take over, you know what side I'm on."

"George Lucas, that s.o.b wants my every last penny."
